Refund Policy

At Eleo, we are committed to providing a reliable and valuable SaaS service for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions to our platform. By subscribing to Eleo, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no charges will apply until the trial period ends. At the end of the trial, your chosen plan will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Subscription Fees

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues – If a verified technical problem with Eleo prevents you from using the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate Payments – If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Legal Requirements – If applicable consumer protection or other laws in your jurisdiction provide for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the service, partial use of a subscription period, or downgrades or cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be billed further.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions provide a discount compared to monthly plans. If you cancel an annual plan early, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds will be issued unless required by law.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Eleo reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
