What the working week looks like.
Foodster serves customers seven days a week. Here is how that works for our teams.
Your weekend may be midweek
You work five days and take two consecutive days off. Those days are scheduled around the team and may not be Saturday and Sunday.
Morning and later shifts
Opening hours vary by branch, typically 7am–9pm or 8am–10pm, with morning and later shifts covering the day. Shift times depend on your branch and role, and closing duties may finish after the doors close.
A fair, flexible rota
Shifts may rotate, so a permanent morning or later shift is not guaranteed. Some departments, such as bakery and production, work fixed morning shifts because of the work they do. Your role’s schedule will be discussed during hiring.
