Two things happen when you take a sip. First, the watermelon hits — chilled, juicy, almost candy-sweet, the way the season's best melons taste straight off the rind. Then, just as you're settling in, the ginger arrives. Slow at first, then warm, then properly there — a clean, bright heat that lingers long after the glass is empty. A small squeeze of lime ties it together and keeps everything honest.
We blend it fresh, never from concentrate. No syrups stretching it out, no artificial colours making it look the part. The pink comes from the melon. The zing comes from the root. The rest is just timing.
Serve it cold. Pour it over ice. Pair it with something rich and grilled, or drink it on its own when the afternoon gets long.
